CRM Specialist

One of our clients - Multinational company leader in sustainable agriculture and innovation is currently looking for a CRM Specialist to join their marketing team in Serbia. The position is based in Belgrade.

CRM SPECIALIST

Main focus of the position is the end-to-end management of the CRM activities. Preparation of market-related reports and analysis according to the CRM database, participation in the shaping of the country business strategies and tactics specifically related to customer insights, analytics, and value. Support the marketing department with other related activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that the Sales Team is using CRM effectively to maximize sales, provides training and ongoing support. Supports ensuring data accuracy and availability of the information in the system.
•  Prepares market-related reports and analysis
• Works closely with the Sales and Marketing management to establish roadmaps, plans, and individual projects to advance customer data management
• Contributes to campaign preparation & follow-up activities. Supports digital marketing activities.
• Supports the marketing budget reporting
• Handles loyalty and/ or voucher programs in cooperation with the Sales and Marketing teams
• Support the marketing department with other related activities such as: purchase orders management, marketing materials stock management, etc.

Critical experience and knowledge

• University degree
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a cross-cultural environment. Previous experience with CRM system is a must
• Fluent English
• Excellent computer literacy. Full proficiency in Excel.
• Able to deliver reasonable data base related analysis, reports and market segmentation
• Good understanding of business activities in a commercial organization; sales and marketing principles and how they are applied.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate cross-functionally in a multinational environment.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
