Call Center Agent for affinity insurance scheme
Affinity is a Marsh business practice which creates insurance products that are sold attached to other products or services.
What are you accountable for?
- Client and customer satisfaction
- Operational and administrative support
- Daily operational support
- Provide first call resolution for all customer enquiries
- Collecting and preparing necessary data and documentation for monthly settlements
- Producing presentation materials, reports, documents and proof read correspondence
- Be compliant with internal procedures
- Other non-specified administrative tasks as assigned by superiors
Ideal candidate must be:
- University degree or Higher Education Diploma
- Strong organizational skills
- Technical Knowledge and focus (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Databases, etc.)
- Communication skills
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Well organized and growth driven
- Problem-solving oriented
- Fast learner
- Dynamic and proactive
- Team player
- Insurance/Marketing knowledge and Customer service is a plus
