Call Center Sales Representative

A branch of an international company, based in Belgrade is hiring 3-5 Call Center Sales Representatives.
We are a manufacturer of different promotional products for the international market, such as custom-design rolling papers.
Since all our clients are located abroad, we are looking for people with at least a C1 level knowledge of English.

Job description:

- Company and brand promotion to our potential clients via phone call and email correspondence
- Researching additional information about potential prospects
- Build and maintain strong account relationships
- Reporting to your supervisor
- Communicating in foreign languages daily

Your profile:

- Outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a dynamic team (we all work together towards the same goal)
- Result-driven approach
- University degree is not mandatory. Your education is a show of your personal depth, not of your capacity to get the job done.
- Ability to communicate with a variety of different people

Requirements:

- Fluent English (spoken and written). Additional languages will be considered as advantage (French/Spanish/German)
- Ability to present and communicate in a professional manner
- Proficiency with using a PC (basic MS office, email correspondence, and general computer literacy)
- Willingness to work in 2 shifts (Monday to Friday / 09h-17h; 14h-22h)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to apply selling techniques over the phone
