Call Center Sales Representative

Megido d.o.o. Telesolutions is a company whose main focus is offering and providing our clients services and products in a rapidly growing digital currency financial markets. We are opening a Call center in Belgrade in order to give full customer support to our international clients.

About Job:

We are looking for call center agents to join our team;
You will be trained to initiate sales with potential customers and how to close deals;
Agents will be responsible to keep CRM in proper order;
Answer calls and any questions customers might have about their account.

Ideal candidate:

Fluent in English;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Strong sales skills , persuasive verbal abilities and outside of the box thinking to close potential customers;
Working knowledge of Office packages, preferably CRM and internet technologies;
Self-confidence with the willingness to learn and apply what is taught to make additional bonuses;
Experience in sales preferred but we except also candidates without experience.
