Card Specialist - Mobi Banka
Job overview/purpose:
- Responsible for a part of back office operations
Key responsibilities and deliverables:
- Registration and updating of pay cards base (personalization and reissuing cards)
- Monitoring of transactions created in acceptance network
- Monitoring of transactions created by the issue and use of pay cards
- Monitoring of all additional pay card services
- Monitoring the functioning of CMS applications in the pay cards segment
- Resolving complaints and chargebacks
- Communications with the processor regarding the resolution of complaints and dubious cards
- Exchange of files with the processor and NBS
- Participation in the process of ATMs activation and deactivation
- Communications with external companies which maintain POS terminals and ATMs
- External and internal reporting
- Controlling the calculation of maturity, interest, fees, and collection of due receivables
- Controlling of cards transactions and bookings
- Detection of possible fraud cases and initiating and informing Fraud officer
- Preparation and adjustment of internal procedures and instructions
- support for resolving objections and complaints according card payment transaction issues
- Assist manager with other responsibilities as needed
- Participating in Bank projects
For the good start you will need:
- Minimum IV level of education
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar jobs
- English language knowledge
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
