Carrier Relations Representative

Representative office of Delta Freight System, LLC, is young and fast-growing company with offices in Jagodina and Belgrade. Our team is group of young, highly skilled professionals committed to providing the best service in a field of transportation and logistics in international environment. We are currently looking for highly motivated and reliable candidates for a position of Carrier Relations Representative (based in Belgrade).

Job Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, qualifying, and adding carriers to our network
• Maintaining and developing close relationships with carriers through daily communication and create field for long term and successful collaboration
• Researching and providing market-competitive rates
• Negotiate competitive rates with carriers through a deep understanding of the market and seasonality in order to provide customer with high quality service
• Work closely with Operations Managers and Sales Team to ensure shipments are covered with the best viable option
• Quickly and efficiently solving problems and making decisions
• Providing of superior customer service

Requirements:

• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• High School Diploma
• Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills
• Sharing, positive and energetic team player
• Excellent computer skills
• Previous experience on Carrier Relations/Dispatcher position is an advantage
