Carrier Sales Representative - Tracking Specialist

Cargo Jet Logistics is a fast-growing 3PL company with offices in the U.S. and Serbia. We are looking for a Carrier Sales Representative to join our team in Belgrade. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with at least two years of experience in carrier sales, fluent in English, and eager to contribute to our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers to secure capacity for shipments
• Negotiate competitive rates and ensure profitable margins
• Manage carrier compliance and performance
• Track and monitor shipments, resolving any issues that arise
• Work closely with our operations and customer service teams to meet client expectations
• Identify new carrier partners and build a reliable network
• Stay up to date on industry trends and market fluctuations

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in carrier sales or freight brokerage
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Experience using load boards and transportation management systems (TMS)
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
