A day in the life of an Category Technical Application Group Quality Senior Specialist (m/f)
- Ensure compliance with the Nestlé Food Safety Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards (GMP, Packaging Safety, Safe Food for consumption)
- Support training initiatives in their specific areas of expertise to the required operating units within the factory
- Lead Thermal Process Validation in the areas of wet & PBMS culinary production
- Manage data collection within certification process (Halal, Kosher, Vegan..), and ensure continuous GMG/GHP improvement in Nestlé production facilities, warehouses or distribution centers
- Understanding and managing food safety within I&R
- Contribute to competence development of food safety professionals across the organisation
- Promote food safety awareness across the company and support Quality Specialists in QA within I2L process
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree – Faculty of Technology or Food Science
- Several years of relevant work experience in factory environment (relevant work experience in quality and production environment)
- Advanced user of MS Office package
- Advanced knowledge of English language
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- You show openness and curiosity for new ideas and opportunities
- You are able to see the bigger picture beyond the scope of the role
- You are able to challenge the current status quo and have passion to deliver results
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong initiative and passion to deliver results
