Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in accounting, economics and other related majors
• Accounting and finance experience with at least 5 years in a public company, or foreign company, strong knowledge of all areas of accounting, cost management, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Tax knowledge support
• Comprehensive knowledge of statutory accounting, IAS and IFRS
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, collaboration, presentation
• Experience in implementation of ERP systems (ORACLE or SAP and others)
• Experience in construction companies or big 4 accounting firms preferred
• Well-written and spoken English in communication
• With positive "can do" and problem-solving attitude
• License chartered accountant preferred

Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the effective and accurate accounting, invoicing, taxes and support to the financial function
• Responsible for the cost control and application of relevant internal processes
• Prepare the relevant financial information and regular reporting to management
• Review and maintain all accounting documents and financial ledgers
• Maintain the monthly closures, analysis of accounts and AR/AP/banks reconciliation 
• Development, implementation and maintenance of inventory and cost accounting systems and procedures
• Responsible with communication and explanation with external auditors and tax institutions
• Other financial duties as assigned
