Your new role – challenging and future oriented
- Market research and analysis with focus on Chinese companies to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Preparation and participation in negotiations and correspondence with Chinese partners (including Siemens China)
- Strong support to Business leaders in business development activities
- Liaison with Chinese customers, suppliers, and institutions
- Planning and organizing new initiatives of business development
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and other business documents
- Helping team members develop their skills in dealing with Chinese partners
Your qualifications – solid and appropriate
- Native Chinese speaker with excellent English skills
- Expert in communication towards executives and engineering level
- Executive sales experience, value selling approach is a must
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
- Ability to train the team in respect to Chinese culture including dos and don’ts
- IT fluency
- Excellent time management and organization
- Ownership culture
- Growth mindset
