For the Belgrade office, we would like to set up the following vacant position at the next possible date: Cleaning Manager.

Your Profile:

• Preferable more than 3 years of experience in similar position, University degree is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of verbal and written English is a must
• PC literacy is a must
• Strong organizational skills, people management and ability to work in an international team environment
• Active driver (category B)
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Reliability and high work motivation
• Ready to continuously improve knowledge

At your new position you will be in charge for the operation of Cleaning Department. You will manage several small teams, our subcontractors and keep the relations to the customers. Furthermore, you will set up yearly budgets and plans and follow up their execution.
