For our Client, an international brand operating in the agricultural industry, Adecco is looking for experienced, confident and motivated professional to join their Serbian team and straighten their business activities.

Scope of duties:

  • Manages the local sales team and its related support functions
  • Develops the market/territory sales strategy and ensures proper implementation of the strategy with all relevant stakeholders
  • Set up, implement and monitor a strategic plan, ensuring resources are available for reaching objectives and identifying gaps when necessary
  • Focuses on growing and developing existing key customers and generating new business with new potential customers
  • Establishes sales budgets for the customers and ensures update forecasts
  • Directly takes the lead for servicing some selected key accounts
  • Supports the sales team with commercial activities such as price negotiations and relationship building
  • Constantly monitors performance of the sales team and takes corrective measures whenever needed
  • Supports to develop the sales talent base within his/her team through constant coaching and training
  • Manages customer debt clearing and collection agreements

Requirements:

  • University degree with business and commercial direction or relevant field of technological background of the related business
  • Successful experience in agricultural business and knowledge of the market
  • Proven experience as business leader in commercial sector
  • Experience within international surrounding is welcome
  • Fluent English and excellent command of MS Office
  • Active driving license and readiness for frequent traveling
