Commercial and/or Technical Manager

The fast-growing international manufacturer of high-quality and sophisticated cardboard packaging, mainly for the food industry, is looking for a new team member in Serbia: Commercial and/or Technical Manager

Duties:

• Starting in 2021, you will support Cardbox’s initial move to Serbia (most likely to Okrug Rasina) and help to build up a local representation for our international customers
• Later in the year you will start to organize basic services such as warehousing and logistics – in close cooperation with our plants in Austria, the Czech Republic and the USA
• While the business is growing over the years, Cardbox will demand and support the transfer of additional knowhow and production capacities to build up a strong footprint in the region

Responsibilities:

• You have expertise in the packaging or FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) industry (or similar) and are willing and motivated to go the extra mile for our customers
• You understand production and commercial processes, modern IT tools and feel absolutely comfortable leading teams internally as well as representing Cardbox to our customers
• Technical and/or commercial education (diploma of a professional (graphics, printing) school, high school and/or university) and at least 5 years professional experience are preconditions
• Good English and/or German skills are absolutely necessary
