JOB DESCRIPTION
With this role you will design and deliver C&B Services, Solutions and Expertise that support the Business Area User Experience strategy and help shape our future according to Corporate and Automotive Guidelines.
You will be responsible to drive the Salary policy, C&B packages within the financial budget constraints, In collaboration Country/Location HR organization.
Providing the framework for the BA for all C&B related topics (including Grading, Salary policy, C&B Data...)
In parallel, you will be responsible for driving the HR Governance for the BA including Strategic Projects tracking, BA HR Community animation and HR Analytics.
IN YOUR DAY TO DAY JOB YOU WILL
- Lead the C&B topics (Compensation - Fix, Short & Long Term - Benefits, Benchmarking, Grading, C&B Data base....) within the BA, in collaboration with the respective global BA HRBP
- Represent the BA within the Automotive C&B Community
- Ensure appropriate communication to the Local HR Heads as well as C&B Automotive
- Coordinate the Automotive C&B Projects for the BA
- Ensure alignment of the Corporate and Automotive C&B Guidelines within the BA
- Act as a Strategic Partner to support BA Strategy and to position Continental as an employer of choice
- Provide appropriate and anticipated C&B data analysis to support Business decisions
- Provide the framework for C&B topics within the BA (Power BI, Data Bases, Processes and Guidelines, Team Channels...)
- Execute relevant C&B processes for the Executives level together with respective HR Country/location Heads
- Provide C&B market insights of relevant new trends and develop strategy for implementation in the BA
- Bring innovative solutions for the area of competence
- Drive the BA HR Strategic Projects
- Responsible for BA HR reporting and Data analytics
QUALIFICATIONS
- University Degree (Economy, Finance, Business Administration)
- 10 years of experience in C&B related missions
- Understanding of C&B competitive landscape (understanding of business needs)
- Understanding of global/diverse markets and competitive environment.
- Budget planning and management
- Fluent in English
