Compensation & Benefits Specialist
Job description:
- Implements Comp&Ben strategy through different programs
- Coordinates the strategy of employees rewards and recognition to ensure attraction of new employees, motivation, and retention of certain groups of employees
- Provides support related to the performance management system and other processes
- Researches employee benefits and makes recommendations for the introduction, change, and/or modification of existing policies
- Supports the process of developing bonus schemes in order to achieve company results
- Suggests ways to improve business processes to motivate employees and increase performance
- Participates in salary research and prepares analyzes and recommendations
- Prepares proposals for improving the company's compensation and benefits strategy to strengthen the company's competitiveness
- Participates in budget preparation, planning, and monitoring of plan implementation and suggests ways to improve resource planning and/or relocation
- Participates in the implementation and development of HR software, identifies needs for further improvement
- Prepares and updates different HR rules and procedures
- Ensures the quality of HR services, accuracy, and up-to-date HR data, as well as data related to salaries, including data in HR software, and confidentiality of all data
- Supports the implementation of HR projects, identifies and initiates proposals to improve the processes
- Prepares regular and ad-hoc reports
- Cooperates with all relevant parties, and provides support in the implementation of HR projects
Additional expectations/requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the field of human resources in international companies
- Minimum 2 years of experience in planning, budgeting, employee costs monitoring
- English language - advanced level
- MS Office - advanced level
- Responsible person with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexible with a strong willingness to learn
- Innovative, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
