What we look for:
A positive and energetic individual who will be responsible for:
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports on the company's activities as required by the management, listening calls to make sure that the agents are acting by the rules
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Fluency in English language is a must!
- Mastermind compliance policies and protocols on behalf of the organization
- Monitoring calls to make sure that the agents are acting by the rules
- Advantage, familiar with the financial market
- Maintenance of call center database by entering and verifying information, updating contact log
- Improving quality results by recommending changes
- Monitoring and evaluating agent performance
- Preparing reports and analyzing data to assist management as they determine call center goals
- Prior experience as a Compliance Officer; customer service experience is a plus
- Experience with MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Call center experience or relevant experience
