Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Establishment of a system for identification and evaluation of existing and potential compliance risks
• Identification of major risks of business compliance and giving recommendations for management of these risks
• Development of program for monitoring business compliance with related methodology
• Development of annual plan of compliance verification
• Verification of business compliance with relevant external and internal regulations according to annual plan
• Carries out verification of compliance of internal enactments with applicable regulations
• Carries out ad-hoc verification at request of management, Board of Directors or Audit Committee
• Regular reporting of Bank Management and Audit Committee, and when needed Bank Board of Directors on results of compliance verification
• Monitoring of amendments of legislation and other relevant external and internal regulations
• Coordinates the process of management of customer complaints and ensures compliance with the Law on Protection of Consumers of Financial Services

Requirements:

• University degree (preferably in Law)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking industry
• Knowledge of NBS legislation and other regulations relevant for Bank business
• Good MS office skills
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
