Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee remotely all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation including costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, supervision and management of personnel on multiple facilities
• Ensures construction site rules and procedures are implemented and followed
• Reviews and approves preliminary schedules, financial projections and cost to complete
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Communicate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, inspectors and clients
• Negotiate with subcontractors to receive competitive prices
• Maintain high standards of work that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to direct supervisor

Requirements:

• Ability to work in the afternoon due to time difference, work would be performed in the afternoon starting at 5.00 PM EST
• Written and verbal fluency in English are essential
• Previous 2+ years of experience in construction management or other related fields, preferably in the US
• Knowledge of planning and coordinating multiple projects, tricky demands and competing deadlines with reference to residential construction projects
• Problem solving skills
• Strong leadership qualities and experience in managing teams
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated
• Ability to prioritize and manage time related tasks
• Advanced Google Drive and Excel skills
