Role and responsibilities:

• Communication with the investor, engineer/supervisor, contractors/subcontractors and suppliers
• Development of technical, financial and operational construction site plans and team deployment of technical personnel 
• Preparation of necessary technical documentation 
• Performance monitoring and reporting
• Coordination with other company sectors
• Quality control of contracted and realized work
• Control of the application of technical regulations in construction

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant and proven experience in construction site management
• B2 level German
• Minimum BSc Civil Engineering
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments while maintaining deadlines and commitment to business goals
• Excellent organizational skills, time management
• Driving license
• Work on high quality construction projects
