Consumer Contact Center Team Leader
Belgrade
Responsibilities:
- Set goals and measure progress of teams, manage teams and members in order to reach defined targets
- Delivery of team sales, quality and productivity targets & indicators
- People management and development
- Call monitoring, coaching and feedback, responsibility for delivery of defined customer experience in every call
- Close cooperation with back office specialists in charge of workforce planning, real time monitoring and reporting
- Compiling reports on team’s performance and customer feedback
- Build team spirit
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Marketing/ Economy/ Science is preferred
- Experience in Customer Service/Sales area, understanding of front line processes
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and trends
- Knowledge on call center environments, associated targets and reporting metrics
- Knowledge on MS Office
- Fluent in English
