Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and help existing and potential clients with all bank related requirements
 - Communicating with customers via live chat, social media and email
 - Creating customers' interest for Telenor banka services and products
 - Offering and selling Telenor banka services and products through incoming and outgoing calls and written communication
 - Delivering extraordinary customer experience through great quality and professional communication
 - Educating customers about bank services and products, internet and mobile banking applications etc
 - Meeting personal sales goals and targets related to the level of service
 - Blocking debit/credit cards, customer's applications and performing all needed changes of customer’s data and products through the system
 - Retention of customers who require contract termination
 - Keeping records of incoming and outgoing calls and activities within customers' profile, in accordance with the reasons of contact
 
Requirements:
- Minimum high school degree
 - Excellent verbal and written capabilities
 - Fluency in English
 - Sales-minded work approach
 - Willing to learn and improve capabilities
