- Recruit freelancers and negotiate rates
- Help process content orders
- Approve and register invoices
- Collaborate with different departments
- Improve our processes to automate them as much as possible
Required skills
- Has some experience in working with freelancers
- Is fluent in English (knowledge of another language is a plus)
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of Upwork or a similar platform is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Excellent time-management
- Experience with task management tools such as Trello, Jira, etc.
