Content Writer

Our global brand Limolabs (www.limolabs.com) operated by Globalkom in Serbia is currently seeking a Content Writer for a position in the e-commerce industry.

Responsibilities:

• Create and design emails that drive sales
• Finding new ways to segment out the customer base and expand the email marketing system’s reach
• Create content pieces that appeal to our audience based on preferences, past purchases and future needs, attract customers and boost brand awareness
• Coming up with ideas for emails, specific brand sales, keeping tabs on the competition to see what they are doing, and remaining on trend and ahead of schedule for holidays and promotional periods
• Directly manage all social media accounts; respond to all inquiries, create posts, create excitement through engagement
• Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives; collaborate with assistant merchandisers to understand and utilize new product content to the market
• Assure all-around consistency for textual styles, pictures, fonts and tones in the content

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in email marketing techniques, workflows and campaigns for US market
• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe photoshop/Illustrator
• Graphic design knowledge
• Typography skills
• Preferable added experience in: Klaviyo, Canva, HTML, Shopify
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to set priorities
• Team Player
