Contract Engineer

District heating pipeline project Obrenovac- Novi Beograd 

Position responsibilities:

• Coordination of all contract-related issues with Subcontractor, Employer, FIDIC Engineer, and authorities. Ensure that all contracts are managed with the project contract procedure.
• Preparing AIPC(Application for Interim Payment Certificates) following the contracts and the payment schedule, and reviewing the Subcontractor’s AIPC in accordance with the related contract.
• Coordination with all claim & variation issues of the Project, preparing related submissions toward the Employer/FIDIC Engineer and communicating with the Employer/FIDIC Engineer on related matters. 
• Participate in project bidding, review, and draft bidding documents.
• Other works related to the contract, claim, and variation management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, maintenance-related or finance, procurement, legal, or contract management-related  majors.

Job requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in FIDIC contract management.
• Strong integration, analytical, problem-solving, written/oral communication, negotiations, and leadership skills
• Computer, interpersonal, and customer service skills are necessary
• Fluency in English
