- Communication with clients through multiple channels – voice, written, digital in Contact center via live phone, chat, social network, email providing help and support for all their requests Mobi Banka related
- Polite and professional approach in communication
- Presenting and creating interests for competitive and unique Mobi Banka's offer through all channels of communication
- Providing best customer experience in every contact
- Informing team leader about customer feedback and comments related to bank's offer in order to improve processes and procedures
For the good start, you will need:
- Minimum high school degree
- Excellent verbal and written capabilities
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
