Requirements:

• Fluency in Serbian/English(B2-C1)
• Sociability
• Stress tolerance
• Experienced PC user

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and processing requests from users (chats/tickets)
• Solving customer problems, help with current issues
• Knowledge of the admin area, the ability to use all provided tools
• Willingness to be proactive and suggest ideas for improving work processes

Working conditions:

• Shift schedule 2/2 (shift 12 hours, alternation of day and night shifts)
