Customer Experience Representative for Cryptocurrency (Italian & English)

About the client:

Job duties/ responsibilities:

• Responding to client’s inquiries
• Answering phone calls
• Resolving support tickets
• Recording customer interactions and making profile/account changes
• Providing assistance to other team members
• Reporting and escalating cases to superiors or other departments when needed

What we expect from you:

• Excellent knowledge of both Italian and English language (written and verbal) – C2 level
• Good organizational skills
• The ability of properly business communication with colleagues
• The ability to empathize
• Very precise, thoughtful, and responsible toward their assignment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Tech-savvy
• Previous experience with crypto or financial industries is desirable, but not mandatory
