CUSTOMER INSIGHTS ANALYST IN CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
As customer insights analyst in our Customer Management Department, you are responsible for analyses of the customer purchasing behavior regarding different aspects such as category and brand purchasing behavior, sales drivers, customer value. In projects with different Zalando departments you develop a deep understanding of customer segments and transfer that understanding into analyses and measures for a more targeted customer dialogue. You develop into the company-internal contact person for customer analytics and customer segments. You define measures with colleagues based on your analyses and present results within and beyond Customer Management Department.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- You evaluate customer data on purchase behavior, define ad-hoc customer analyses, evaluate the results and present them to colleagues and management
- You are the trusted partner for the translation of business questions into analyses and you thereby support the decision making process
- You develop a deep analytical understanding for the characteristics and needs of different customer groups at Zalando
- In joint projects with teams from CM and from other departments at Zalando, you conceptualize analyses and measures for planning and differentiation of customers
- With your good technical understanding and your analytical background you are more than comfortable discussing analysis and data structure with colleagues from other analytics teams such as data mining and IT
WHAT YOU‘VE GOT
- You are proud of an above-average degree in an analytical subject, e.g. mathematics and / or computer science
- You have experience in a relevant field: at least 3 years in a similar analytical context, e.g. in business intelligence, CRM analytics, statistical analyses
- You have excellent analytical skills, love to work with numbers and you are an expert user of Excel; You bring understanding of IT and statistical methods (e.g. databases and data structures, statistical data analysis) good Experience with SQL, SAP Business Objects, MicroStrategy, SPSS Statistics and/or SPSS Modeler is a plus
- You are a self-starter, take initiative and like an international atmosphere and have no problem working and communicating in English; Proficiency in German is also an advantage
