Your responsibilities:► Claim Management of customer complaints, Interface to customer and lead resolution (Problem Solving) ► Support Value Stream in preventive Quality Assurance ► Identify and prevent potential risks in serial production for product and customer ► Transfer lessons learned in plant and to other locations in Bosch ► Support quality assurance for new launches/ramp up ► Support Product Engineering Process as quality representative ► Processing and implementation of customer requirements in the plant ► Support Change management process ► Participate in PFMEA ► Optimize and develop Quality systems

► Good IT skills ► Excellent organizational, planning and reporting skills ► You are very communicative and can positively guide and coach people Desirable skills:► Problem solving skills and knowledge of methods (8D, 5W, Ishikawa) ► Knowledge of preventive quality tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC) ► Knowledge of SAP ► Production system knowledge (preferably lean production) ► German language |
Create and maintain Vehicle Data (vehicle-/engine types, production country, etc.) in Marketing Data Warehouse Expert System (FAS) based on SAP ►Collect and maintain information about the specific vehicle manufacturer's products used in vehicles (original equipment) ►Allocate Bosch products to original equipment part numbers and vehicles based on cross reference data
►Constantly optimize Marketing Data Warehouse System ►Constantly check and maintain data quality level of the Marketing Data Warehouse System
