Currently, we are looking for a Customer Service Agent, to work as a member of our team who follows customer accounts across Canada at any stage - from sign-on and following service activation. The successful candidate will be sent to training in Canada to learn and provide an OUTSTANDING customer experience by being part of an incredible team of brand ambassadors who will go the extra mile to provide solutions by meeting and exceeding the customers’ needs for our products and services.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English).
