What will you be doing?

• Provide telephone and written support for all customer inquiries via telephone, e-mail and chat
• Documenting the results from conversation properly
• Service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Keep up to date on services, policies and processes to ensure implementation and accurate information
• Be independent in your tasks
