About the Position:

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be assisting people who are relocating all over the world in a variety of different ways: mostly over video chats, but also phone calls, emails, chats, meetings, etc. Pushing the boundaries even further, our unique customer support is over live video chat with our customers. You will serve as the eyes and ears of the move companies which are some of the biggest in the world when it comes to transportation and relocations. 

Our highly skilled, friendly and experienced team serves as a great starting point to anyone that is willing to open their mind and experience what it is like to work in an environment where hard work and ambition are highly recognized and utilized.

Job description:

  • Keeping up Shyft’s appearance and reputation through first class support
  • Communicating with customers, clients, and users of our services
  • Handling - inbound and outbound communication - SMS, E-mail, Calls, Chats
  • Performing 2-way video consultations - Surveys for Shyft and our clients
  • Attending mandatory team meetings to have a constantly increasing level of support
  • Reporting to designated Team Leader
  • Constantly improving industry knowledge and skill set to accommodate standards set by Shyft management
  • Working in all three shifts, weekends, possibly on holidays and with a tight schedule which can change last minute to accommodate the full workload the team is faced with
  • Show initiative and proactiveness in everyday tasks and duties the Team Leader designates
  • Constant self-improvement to meet and exceed targets, moreover satisfy team goals 
  • Openness to constructive and assertive feedback, including evaluation of work and attitude 
  • Upholding and enforcing Company policy and rules of conduct 
  • Be the first line of contact for people that are looking to relocate all over the world

Requirements and skill set:

  • Fluent (or advanced) in English (spoken and written) is a must 
  • Fluent (or advanced) in another foreign language is a big plus 
  • At least one year of relevant customer service experience is desirable 
  • Make sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • A genuine sense of customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team targets
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Solid computer skills, MS Office & Internet applications
