The fast growth, need to expand the market and the number of employees has led to the fact that JamTransfer is nowadays an international company that cooperates in three counties Croatia, Serbia, and France.
We are looking for motivated, hardworking: Customer Service Representative
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound phone calls, emails, and live chat
- Helping with customer inquiries
- Resolving any problem that customers might have
- Creating clients reservations
- Follow up of transfers
- Maintain data protection and confidentiality for both staff and customers, ensuring attention to detail in all bookings.
- Communicating with our dispatcher team, partners, and our suppliers
- Support other departments as required.
- Adhere to company regulatory requirements such as data protection, data privacy, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum High school education degree
- Fluency in the English language
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent communication skills
- High computer literacy
- Right to live and work in Serbia
- 2+ years’ of working experience in related jobs
- Readiness to work in shifts (including night shifts)
- Multitasking
