Chef Colin McClimans and Danilo Simic, co owners of Washington DC’s New American restaurant Nina May, created Feast in April during the midst of the Covid 19 crisis, to provide locally sourced, restaurant quality meals to diners’ homes. Since the launch, the team continues to streamline and grow the delivery service as the dining landscape continues to change.
We are a family run team of unique individuals who are passionate about hospitality and cooking great food.
Required qualifications:
- High school or University degree
- Previous experience on similar positions is an advantage
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Advanced computer skills
Main responsibilities:
- Reaching out new customers and presenting them our services
- Replying on customer inquiries
- Dealing with customer issues over the phone (inbound calls) and email
- Providing information and advice about our product
- Other administrative tasks
