Customer Service for France/Germany

Box office d.o.o. is based in Novi Sad. We need 2 persons to reinforce our team.

Job description 

• Following different packaging demands from clients in France and in Germany
• Keeping stable cooperation and communication with clients in prospects
• Good liaison with suppliers in Europe and in China  
• Leading project from the beginning to its successful realization 
• Engagement with designers and realization of ideas and solutions 
• Travelling to fairs and meetings with clients or suppliers

Requirements

• Manage to answer many emails during a work day 
• Very methodic and organized, self-motivated, willing to work and learn 
• Fluent in French or German and English
• If possible experience of 1 to 3 years in customer service

Details 

• Start UP Salary for ALL- during trainee period of 3 months up to 6 months period (depending of personally skills, hard work and fast learning) 500 euro per month
• Then salary can evolve according to know how and results to 550 euros – 600 euros and then 700 -750 euros per month
• Potential rewarding bonuses of 1 or 2 month salary every year end so about 500 to 1300 euros per year
