Customer Service in Logistics

Job description:

• Daily communication with dedicated customer
• Daily using of customer portal (if the customer uses portal)
• Receiving, developing, and confirming customer schedules/orders/EDI
• Daily checking of EDI and solving EDI anomalies
• If there is no EDI, put the customer order manually in the MACPAC
• Organize the deliveries to the customer according to schedules
• Create BPM /shipment)
• Create Delivery Note
• Create Invoice
• Create pro-forma for reusable packing
• Send ASN
• Follow up of the stock of FG
• Provide the info about the invoicing client to Finance and ensure that the Invoicing client is created in the system
• Create delivery client
• Create PDL
• Create the MACPAC order
• Create the request for AVENANT
• Prepare OTD report for dedicated customer
• Follow up customer packing – calculate nb of boxes, order the boxes and remove the boxes from the portal or in the system
• Take care of the cost for reusable packaging
• Present Hutchinson in a good and professional manner in front of the customer

If you

• Have graduated from Faculty of Economics/Transportation or equivalent
• Are familiar with MS Office
• Fluently speak English language (advanced level only)
• Possess communication and negotiation skills
• Are conscientious and responsible at work
• Respect deadlines
• Adapt to rules and procedures
• Have the ability to adapt quickly
