Customer Services Assistant
The position holder provides administrative support on incoming customer requests and other queries in connection to component outright sales and loan/exchange offers with the customers. He/she sorts, prioritizes and channels the transactions and customer communications within the team, answers requests and provides support for quoting and commercial offers as defined by SR Technics Switzerland Ltd.
- Quality: ensure that all elements of the relevant quality management system are fulfilled. Ensure that the trading system properly reflects activities (quotes, sales orders, revenue, etc.)
- Delivery: support the team by performing administrative tasks to ensure that customer requests are prioritized and sorted properly to support lead capture and fill the sales pipeline, ensure efficient management of transactions as part of the 24/7 trading operations, follow up with customers to assist the team to effectively generate revenue and ensure proper handover to the other regions
- Cost / Finance: contribute to increased efficiency and speed of response in order to maximize profit through effective quoting as defined by SR Technics Switzerland Ltd. and support after-sales and cash collection as required
- People: engage efficiently with colleagues from other regions to develop a true team spirit
- Customers: provide professional and courteous customer experience when in direct contact with the customers. Assist in resolution of ad hoc customer queries directly or by support of the team
- Bachelor degree in a technical or commercial subject or equivalent by experience
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in aviation
- Fluency in English language
- Ability to work in the team as well as perform individual tasks
