Once you join our team, your main tasks would be:
• Responding to customers inquires in a timely and accurate manner
• Tracking ongoing issues and providing proper and up to date information to relevant teams
• Collaborating with other teams - Finance, Compliance, Tech team – when necessary to meet customer expectations
• Monitoring customers’ feedback
• Updating internal database customer related
• Identifying customer service issues and suggesting improvements
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• With very good knowledge of Microsoft tools
• Experienced with different channels of support – email, chat, tickets, Skype, phone, etc.
• Flexible, willing to learn and adopt to fast changing environment
• Customer oriented with excellent communication skills
• With minimum 2 years of previous experience relevant to Customer Support position
