Adecco’s client is a software engineering company operating in the field of financial services and payments. On their behalf, we are seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Support Agent (English language) in Belgrade (Dedinje).
Responsibilities:
- Managing customer service inquiries utilizing various communication channels (zoom, email, skype, telegram, chat support);
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information;
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering technical expertise.
Requirements:
- Diploma in an economic profession is highly preferred;
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Excellent customer support skills, including active listening and effective communication;
- Analytical skills to identify, prioritize, and escalate issues when necessary;
- Tech-savvy mindset with a continuous desire to improve and learn.
