What will you be doing?
- Offering first line assistance to customers with queries
- Maintaining clear, accurate customer records, update database records upon request
- Work accurately with an eye for detail
- Own customer enquires / issues till completion
What are we looking for?
- Excellent oral and written English skills
- Communication Skills (able to maintain a professional and effective yet friendly communication with customers)
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
- Flexibility (Adaptability)
