As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the main point of contact for customers arranging luxury ground transportation services in France.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing reservations and bookings while ensuring every journey runs smoothly.
- Communicating professionally with customers in French and English via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Monitoring trips in real time and proactively resolving potential issues.
- Coordinating with chauffeurs, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Building long-term customer relationships by delivering an exceptional service experience.
What You Bring:
- Fluency in French and English is essential (minimum C1 level, both written and spoken).
- Previous customer support, hospitality, travel, or service industry experience is considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to client interactions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work afternoon and overnight shifts, including weekends.
- Comfortable using software and tools relevant to the role.
Training & Work Setup:
- Initial training is expected to take place in Paris, France, with all travel and accommodation expenses fully covered by the company.
