We are hiring: CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
Your task would be:
- To have daily contact with our clients
- Effectively respond to customer requests by phone/email
- Handle customer complaints and resolve the issues effectively
- Other office support activities
Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken) at a native speaker level preferred
- Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills with customers
- PC literacy
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to follow defined processes and procedures
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated
- Striving towards professional development and improvement
- Minimum high school diploma
- Ability to work in 2nd shift only
