Our Customer/Client Services Specialist serves as the customer's initial point of contact. We are seeking outgoing and upbeat professionals who enjoys working as part of a team. The position requires data input quickly and accurately while meeting the company's turnaround goals. The Client Services Specialist will also answer a high volume of calls from industry professionals and clients. The position requires prioritizing and responding to a high number of emails daily. This position also entails the ability to resolve any issues that may arise.
Candidates *MUST* possess the following qualities:
- Outgoing/friendly personality
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to prioritize when volume is at its peak
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Must be able to edit and correct reservations daily
- Great attention to detail is imperative.
- Working knowledge of MS Office is a plus
- Proven excellent phone etiquette required
- Impeccable organizational skills are a must
- Excellent customer service/people skills are a must
- Industry experience is strongly preferred
