Data Analyst

Our client is software company based in Niš.

They are a start-up backed by one of the largest automotive brand in the world.

Breach of responsibilities: 

• Working closely with our development team to ensure that our Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and downstream reporting systems are set up and configured in an optimum way
• A demonstrated enthusiasm and capacity to learn new technologies quickly
• Extensive investigative skills with an ability to dive deep into the data and figure out what’s really going on
• Perform data quality assessments and make recommendations for improvements
• Ability to clearly present data, referencing its source and the insight it provides
• Ability to work with multiple streams of work while staying focused on priority outcomes
• Ability to bridge analytics between our Agile Deliver teams and our operations teams (e.g. Finance, Sales, Marketing) to support them in making data-driven decisions

Key responsibilities: 

• Data Analysis - Looking for trends in data to suggest priority enhancements
• Data Collection - Ensuring data capture methods are consistently improved 
• Data Collation - Bringing the data together into a single source of the truth for customer data
• Reporting - Visualizing the overall trends in the data across web and mobile and other channels
• Insight - Find and explain the challenges faced by our customers and provide input into how these might be overcome.

Essential to the role:

• Expert in SQL and handling big data 
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Excel)
• Experience with Firebase and Big Query, GTM, Google Analytics setup
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, QlikView, Power BI.)
• Familiarity with software engineering tools, such as version control software

Would be a plus:

• Experience with Python or other scripting languages is a plus
• Experience with Agile, and Jira projects
• Computing / Engineering / Science -based degree
