Data Science Expert

Your responsibilities:

• Support CRM strategy through modelling and profiling using advanced statistical techniques
• Build predictive state of the art models to address business problems
• Process unstructured data into a form suitable for analysis
• Create, implement and evaluate machine learning models
• Present information using data visualization techniques
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams when creating campaigns
• Create technical documentation and participate in documenting all data science processes
• Participate in ETL process and improvements to increase efficiency
• Detect data quality issues, identify root causes, implement fixes, and design data audits

For good start, you will need:

• University degree, preferably in economics, mathematics/statistics or engineering
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in advanced analytics and/or data science field
• Hands on experience with analytics tools (like R, Python, SPSS or similar) and SQL
• Familiarity with machine learning libraries (sklearn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch) is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, with problem solving attitude and critical thinking
• Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
• Interest in the field of big data
• Fluent in English language
