Aim of the function:
- Building a compliance-based relationship with Business Partners
- Ensuring processes and legal compliance
- Dealer Risk Management
- Participation in processes of dealer selection
- Collect, analyze, and check financial dealer reports
- Cooperate on dealer development strategy and long-term market development plan
- Steering and implementation of the processes according to Business Partners Agreements
- Performing regular Business Partner Due Diligence procedures
Your main tasks:
- Provide support to dealers through consultations
- Support and coordinate negotiations with dealers on signing plans and monitor their implementation
- Provide support in process of preparing presentations and reports
- Develop and monitor the implementation of the system for monitoring the business of dealers
- Control and keep records of debts and receivables between dealers and importer
- Monitor the organizational structure of dealers
- Monitor the protection process of trademarks and intellectual property in the dealer network
- Provide support to dealers in the application of visual identity, in terms of planning, implementation, ordering elements and communication with suppliers (Corporate Design and Corporate Identity)
- Monitor the compliance of architectural solutions of dealer facilities with the standards of manufacturers
You bring with you:
Professionally:
- Completed university studies of the first or second degree of technical or organizational sciences
- At least 3 years of experience in similar business environment
- Advanced IT-user knowledge (MS Office and especially Excel)
Personally:
- Technical interest / basic understanding
- Highest level of integrity and compliance with the law and company rules and regulations
- Very good communication skills in Serbian and English (German can be an advantage)
- Excellent organizational skills (Self-management and Project management)
- Analytical, self-responsible and structured working style
- Accuracy and reliability
- Driving license, “B” category
