Delivery Control Planner

Our Company is looking for a candidate who will become a part of our team for the position Delivery Control Planner.

Job description and line of supervision
Delivery control planner is responsible of execution of tasks connected with production process and introduction of precise activity planning and control of delivery.
Directly reports to Logistic Manager.

The daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Day-to-day coordination of local production planers
• Control of technical changes in coordination with customer
• Check call-offs with regard to increases and reductions
• Coordinate deliveries with dispatch and check delivery reliability
• Coordinate orders, delivery date with customers
• Import orders into KROSY system

General requirements:

• University degree / VI or VII degree
• Knowledge of KROSY (internal, administrative system of KSSR-Kr) and KROKUS (internal administrative system in Logistic Department in KSSR-Kr)
• Knowledge of ways of managing the flow of materials
• Communication skills
• Proper action in conflict situation
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of MS POWER POINT and MS EXCEL
• Structured and systematic approach
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player
• Creativity
