Company WhiteCitySoft, operating from Belgrade (Serbia) and New York (USA), is looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager with exceptional communication and analytical skills.
For the past 7 years, we have been working closely with several large clients in the advertising and travel industries. Throughout that time, we have accumulated knowledge from several successful projects in the programmatic advertising field and are actively servicing some of the largest digital media companies in the USA. Collectively, our backend software, platform, and client-facing products are built to enable digital media (supply) with the best-in-class monetization tools (demand) in a seamless and optimized way.
Key skills and position requirements:
- Outstanding organizational skills;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Full professional proficiency in English;
- Relevant experience and proficiency with Project Management disciplines and tools;
- Experience with Agile methodology and Agile frameworks.
Education and experience:3
- Relevant education in Software development or IT Management is a big plus;
- 2+ years of experience in the Service Delivery Manager and Product Owner or Project Manager role in the software development area is a great advantage.
You will:
- Take an active role in project and iteration planning, tracking and reporting project status;
- Manage day to day relationships with the client at the highest quality level, and coordinating work between different teams at different locations;
- Be responsible for the successful completion of all phases of the project life cycle;
- Support the development team(s), obtaining the necessary information for the team from all related sources;
- Manage the project flow in the most efficient way, with very high quality and standards.
