Based at our modern Branch offices in Cacak, this exciting role will see you work as part of a fast-paced team, working to tight deadlines to support a global client base, including major technology, automotive, manufacturing companies and household names.

In-depth training will be provided by experienced team and departmental managers.

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Active management of our supplier database
• Recruitment of new specialized vendors in order to create and expand multilingual and dedicated resource supply databases to accommodate clients’ needs
• Utilising market resources for recruitment
• Evaluation and tracking of vendor performance
• Relationship management with existing vendors
• Liaising with the accounts department on invoicing and payment status
• Compiling monthly reports on vendor recruitment
• Keeping an updated database with all the relevant information on linguists
• Assisting Production Teams on specific vendor requirements based on project pipelines

• Making the most of each application – testing linguists on their main fields of expertise, negotiating their most competitive rates

Essential skills:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, other languages would be an asset (Italian, French, German etc.)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to professional customer service

Desirable skills:

• University Degree (preferably in linguistic/translation related studies)
• Independence in carrying out assigned tasks
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the translation industry
• Willingness to take responsibility and use initiative
• Dedication to learning and sharing the knowledge within the team
