Job Description

• Dealing with direct and indirect inquiries from all the parties (students, parents)
• Executes project coordination and management for various projects related to student’s services
• Continuous support to the organization in improvement of the procedures
• Handles all documentation, preparation and maintenance of all student’s files
• Ongoing work to improve teaching support (proposals of new solutions regarding procedures, increase of efficiency and smart working)
• Leading and providing the team with full support

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree
• More than two years of experience related to administrative support within a well-organized working environment
• Proven track record in project coordination and /or management
• Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written)
• Approachable and warm personality, patient and understanding of students’ needs
• Good interpersonal skills, a good listener and communicator
• Able to interact effectively with staff, parents and students
• Time management, ability to prioritize upon criticality of the arising issues
